Shipping and Processing
Processing Time:
All custom-printed stationery and wire-bound books are produced in-house. Standard orders are printed, bound, and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 days for processing during holidays or high volume times.
Packaging:
To ensure your physical items arrive in pristine condition without bent edges or crushed wire binding, all orders are shipped in carboard literature boxes.
Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our physical paper products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review product listings, dimensions, and paper specifications carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times:
We ship via Canada Post.
Estimated Delivery Times: Once your order has shipped, expect 3-8 business days until delivery, depending on province. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
Taxes and shipping are the customers responsibility.
Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where applicable based on shipping selection at checkout).
Returns and Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged in transit, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dgpaperhouse@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly replace damaged items or issue a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. Once production or printing on your order has begun, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Visitors are welcome to browse our site, view our custom products, and reach out for author fulfillment inquiries. Any unauthorized copying of site media, downloading of preview files, or attempt to compromise website functionality is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All physical and digital content displayed on this website - including original colouring book illustrations, page layouts, photos, branding, and text - is owned by DG Paper House or used under license from our contributing authors and artists. Authors retain full copyright ownership of their individual works.
You may not:
Copy, scan, digitize, or redistribute any artwork, page layouts, or product designs.
Resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit any goods purchased from DG Paper House without an explicit commercial license.
Submit copyright-protected material for custom printing unless you are the verified rights holder.
